1. What pickleball gear do you sell? We offer a wide range of premium pickleball equipment, including:

  • Pickleball balls (indoor & outdoor perforated plastic balls)
  • Portable pickleball nets & net systems

2. Are your paddles USAPA approved? Yes! Most of our paddles are USAPA-approved for tournament play. Check each product page for specific certifications (USAPA, USA Pickleball approved). We also carry high-performance non-approved options for casual/recreational play.

3. How do I choose the right pickleball paddle? It depends on your style:

  • Beginners: Look for lighter paddles (7.5–8.4 oz) with larger sweet spots for forgiveness.
  • Intermediate/Advanced: Heavier paddles for power, or elongated shapes for reach and spin.
  • Use our size/weight guide on product pages, or measure your hand/grip preference. We recommend testing if possible, but our 30-day return policy makes trying risk-free!

4. What are your shipping options and times within the US? We offer flexible, reliable shipping (business days, excluding weekends/holidays):

  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fastest for urgent needs.
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – On most orders (no minimum in many cases).
  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Same reliable option.
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Great value ground delivery.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get tracking via email. Times may vary by location or carrier.

5. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally? We currently ship to the continental United States. For Alaska/Hawaii or international orders, contact us for custom rates and options.

6. What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging and condition (no wear, no odors). Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Full refund processed after inspection. Exchanges for size/color are welcome (you cover return, we cover outbound exchange).

7. How should I care for my pickleball paddle and gear?

  • Paddle: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth (avoid submerging). Store away from extreme heat/sun. Replace if cracked or after heavy impact.
  • Balls: Keep dry; outdoor balls last longer in good weather.
  • Net: Fold properly and store indoors when not in use.

8. Do your products come with warranties? Most paddles and gear include manufacturer warranties (1–5 years depending on brand) for defects in materials or workmanship. Reach out with your order number if issues arise – we're here to help.
